The firm was established in April 2003 and has grown steadily in work and recognition since, completing numerous projects in the Southeastern Connecticut and South County Rhode Island areas. John Patrick Walsh, AIA holds licenses in both CT and RI and is a member of NCARB. Additionally, John serves as a Professor within the Architecture and Interior Design Departments at the New England Institute of Technology.
The firm was established with the goal of creating a closer relationship between clients and architect. This relationship, and the need for open communication between all parties, is essential throughout the design and construction process. It is our belief that the involvement of the architect in the construction process should not end when the drawings leave the office. The success of every project should be measured by having all parties pleased with the overall process, experience, and final outcome.
Prior to opening the firm John Patrick Walsh, AIA had gained 12 years experience working for several different architecture and design firms in both Connecticut and Rhode Island. He has extensive experience in high-end residential architecture, coastal design, post-and-beam construction, and high-end commercial and institutional work.
